The matter was posted today for reporting compliance of the earlier order passed by this Court on 10.03.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) filed the status report of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Kilpauk, Chennai. On going through the report, it is seen that a special team was formed and the accused person viz., P.Mani, was secured and he was produced before the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. The learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, directed the respondent police to produce the convict before the Fast Track Court IV, George Town, Chennai on 27.03.2023. Accordingly, the convict was produced before the Trial Court on 27.03.2023 and the convict has been lodged at Central Prison, Puzhal, in order to undergo the sentence imposed against him in C.C.No.11127 of 2006, by the Trial Court.
