2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 06.10.2016.

3. In the said representation, the petitioner prayed for cancellation of an illegal sale deed executed in favour of the 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

third party by impersonation and to execute a fresh sale deed in favour of the petitioner.

4. Mr.R.Bharathkumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submits that the transaction between the third party and the vendor stood canceled and that the vendor executed a sale deed dated 12.6.2017 in favour of the petitioner registered as doc.No.4576 of 2017 on the file of the SubRegistrar, Hozur.

In the light of the subsequent development, nothing more requires to be adjudicated in this writ petition and by recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the fourth respondent, the above writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected WMP is closed.
