It was also noticed and recorded that the said addresses were the addresses provided in the loan agreement. After making enquiries, the petitioner submitted that no other addresses are available. This application is filed in these facts and circumstances.

2. Upon considering the above circumstances, this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed by permitting the applicant/petitioner to effect substituted service on the second respondent by publication in one issue of the Tamil daily 'Makkal Kural' specifying the next date of hearing as 19.12.2022. The petitioner shall also affix notices on the Court Notice Board and last known address. List on 19.12.2022.
