This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1354 days in paying the deficit Court Fee of Rs.4,200/- in the above Appeal Suit.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to the following condition:

"the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suit, if it is otherwise in order.
