Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition based on the petitioner's letter dated 26.09.2025 and the proceedings of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.753/A2/2025 dated 25.09.2025. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
