ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Respondents for willful disobedience of order dated 10.06.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No. 8352 of 2022.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that against the order dated 10.06.2024 passed in W.P.No.8352 of 2022, the respondents filed an Appeal in W.A.No.684 of 2025 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the Division Bench of this Court vide Order dated 14.03.2025 granted interim stay.

3.In view of the interim stay granted by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.684 of 2025, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
