This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender of the petitioners and to execute the sureties, as imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15082 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17720 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 16.11.2023, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
