This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to forthwith remove the unauthorized marking and entries made in the Field Measurement Book (FMB) with respect to Survey Nos.123/4 and 123/9, situated at Kallathur Village, Kil Pennathur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District with restrain the respondents from carrying out any further construction or road/bridge work in the petitioner's lands without due process of law.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
