This writ petition challenges a summons issued by the respondent dated 14.10.2019. The petitioner had raised various apprehensions in regard to the conduct of the enquiry itself.

2. After hearing both parties, particularly the submissions of Mrs.Hema Muralikrishnan, learned Senior Standing Counsel who had accepted notice on behalf of the respondents, this Court had permitted the proceedings to go on cautioning that the same should be conducted in accordance with law and in a matter that would not cause any discomfiture, as alleged, to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, both learned counsel confirm that the enquiry of the petitioner under the summons impugned, is complete. This is recorded. Nothing further survives in this writ petition and the same is closed. No costs.
