This Application has been filed to grant leave to the Applicants/Plaintiffs to sue the Defendants 4, 9 to 20, 23, 28 & 29 in this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the fact that some of the Defendants viz., Defendants 4, 9 to 20, 23, 28 & 29 are outside the jurisdiction, I am inclined to order this Application.

4.Accordingly, this application is ordered.
