This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22466 of 2019 dated 26.08.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court finds that this modification petition is filed after a period of four years. Therefore, it is made clear that if the conditions are not complied with, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
