This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the complaint in C.C.No.4454 of 2013, on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the complaint itself came to be disposed of by judgment dated 22.12.2020.

3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and accordingly, the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
