This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25761 of 2022 dated 04.11.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 05.30 p.m., until further orders, in Crime No.320 of 2022 dated 06.08.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
