This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.21632 of 2022, by an order dated 14.10.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders,

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
