Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Prohibition, prohibiting the respondents from insisting the petitioner and the petitioner's customers to obtain transport permits to transport the processed mineral of all sizes from the crushing unit of the petitioner to the place of the purchasers of the said Jelly.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, he seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
