(Order of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) A Status Report has been filed by Mr.V.Kannadhasan, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon of the Greater Chennai Corporation. He discloses steps taken to vaccinate as well as sterilize the stray dogs found in the apartment complex viz. Metrozone, Jawarharlar Nehru Salai, Koyambedu, Chennai 40.

2. We find that the Report is in compliance with the required action. The Report also states that some of the residents want the dogs to be relocated which cannot be done as per the prevailing rules. Hence the Contempt Petition is closed.
