This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court dated 04.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20102 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter monthly once, i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, as directed by the concerned trial Court.
