This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 249 days in representing the above C.R.P.

2. Mr.V.Sivalingam, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the above C.R.P. was returned on 24.01.2023 for certain compliance. However, after taking return papers, due to pressure of work, it was mixed up with other case papers and now only they are able to trace out the returned papers. However, there is a delay of 249 days arose in representing the above C.R.P. and the said delay caused is neither willful nor wanton, but for the above said reasons. Accordingly, he has filed the above petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one.
