This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12020 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14830 of 2023 dated 18.08.2023 against the petitioner/accused in Paragraph 4 i.e., "in the said circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, S11 Police Station, Tambaram".

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police monthly once ie., Saturday at 10.30 a.m, before the trial Court till framing of charges and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates, except for unforeseen circumstances.
