This application is filed to condone the delay of 126 days in filing the set aside petition.

2. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4. Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the delay of 126 days is condoned.
