This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Special Judge, TNPID Court, Coimbatore to act upon the final report filed by the respondent vide e-filing No.LTN 20240004084C202400001, dated 26.09.2024 in Crime No.10 of 2023 and take the case on its file within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the learned Special Judge, TNPID Court, Coimbatore, is hereby directed to take the final report filed by the respondent-Police vide e-filing No.LTN 20240004084C202400001 on 26.09.2024 in Crime No.10 of 2023 on file and dispose the matter on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
