Heard Mr. C. V. Kumar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. M. Maharaja, Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE), who takes notice for the Respondent, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First and Second Respondents to dispose of the representation dated 22.10.2019 made by the Petitioner and consequently direct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the First and Second Respondents to permit him to run the crackers shop in the premises bearing No. 85, Theradi Veethi, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District.

Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the said representation dated 22.10.2019 has been disposed by order dated 24.10.2019 passed by the First Respondent and a copy of the same has been produced.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the subsequent events, the Writ Petition stands disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
