Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner in the post of night watchman by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2019.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader (Co.Op) appearing for the respondents.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as night watchman with the respondents in the year 2006 for a remuneration of Rs.1200/- per month. The petitioner was regular in service and was working for the past 13 years without any blemish and all of a sudden he was removed from service on 01.10.2019 by the 1st respondent without any notice or reason. respondent refused to receive the representation and the same was returned to him on 18.10.2019. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations and pass appropriate orders within the reasonable time.
5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to send representation to the respondents along with a copy of this order. The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner.
