This petition is filed to condone the delay of 134 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Saravana Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.NRR.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent.

The delay is 134 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 134 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
