This Criminal Original Petition has been filedto direct the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai to dispose of the case in S.C.No.193 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition for a direction directing the trial court to dispose of the trial in S.C.No.193 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, is directed to complete the trial in S.C.No.193 of 2008 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
