These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.51/2009, STC.No.553/2014 and STC.No.197/2014 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate at Ootacamund, Nilgiris District and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent submit that in all the proceedings in CC.No.51 of 2009, S.T.C.No.553 of 2014 and S.T.C.No.197 of 2014 the petitioner was convicted. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in the above quash petitions. 3/5

3. In view of the above submissions, these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
