Department, dated 09.10.2023 or to transfer the petitioner in the existing vacancy in any one of nearby Corporations Viz., Coimbatore, Karur, Dindigul and Erode, considering the period of service before retirement is less than one year as well as the health condition of the petitioner, in consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.10.2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
