No.B4/ 17084/ 2013 dated 19.07.2017 in rejecting the petitioners request for issuance of sale deed or on contra to issue no objection certificate for demolition and reconstruction of the subject shops at his costs and quash the same and direct the respondents to reconsider the same request in the light of sale deed issued to all the slum clearance board tenaments in and around the petitioners shops to register sale deed in favour of the petitioner on receipt of sale consideration as determined by the respondents expediously.
