ORDER

The petition to amend the Crime Number as 256 of 2025 instead of 265 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21354 of 2025 dated 06.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a typographical error crept in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.21354 of 2025, wherein the Crime Number has been incorrectly mentioned as Crime No.265 of 2025 instead of the correct Crime No.256 of 2025. Therefore, he prays that the said error may be corrected.

3. Considering the facts, this petition is ordered and further two weeks time is extended to the petitioner for complying with the condition as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the present order copy made ready.
