ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the fourth respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by the mother of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed by the fourth respondent. 2/4

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents.

5. Since the complaint given against the petitioner was closed, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
