O R D E R
(made by M.SUNDAR, J.) In and vide the 'proceedings of R1 in Na.Ka.8251/2023/F1 dated 23.08.2023' (hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience and clarity), R1 (Commissioner, Hosur Corporation) has directed removal of a compound wall on the ground that it is an encroachment qua 25 feet road in a layout.
2. Ms.R.Poornima, learned counsel for writ petitioner and Mr.T.Balaji, learned Standing Counsel for R1, are before us.
3. Both learned counsel submit in one voice that the wall which is the subject matter of the impugned order of R1 has since been removed and it will suffice that this stated position is recorded to give a closure to the captioned main 'writ petition' [hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity]. 2/4
4. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned main WP and WMP thereat are disposed of as closed, recording the stated position of learned counsel for writ petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for R1. There shall be no order as to costs.
