These Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the fair and decretal orders dated 29.06.2017 passed in I.A.No.13427 of 2016 in O.S.No.4107 of 2016 and I.A.No.13577 of 2016 in I.A.No.10176 of 2016 in O.S.No.4107 of 2016 on the file of the IV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present two Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the order dismissing I.A.No.13427 of 2016 and I.A.No.13577 of 2016 in I.A.No.10176 of 2016, filed to implead the 5th respondent as 5th defendant in O.S.No.4107 of 2016 and 5th respondent in I.A.No.10176 of 2016. He further submitted that pending Civil Revision Petitions, the 5th respondent died and respondents 1 to 2/4
4 are the only legal heirs of the 5th respondent and they are already on record as defendants 1 to 4. In view of the same, nothing survives in both the Civil Revision Petitions and both the Civil Revision Petitions may be dismissed as infructuous.
3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
