Crl.OP No.29202 of 2022 Crl.OP No.29202 of 2022 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J This is the 2nd bail petition filed by the petitioner. The earlier bail petition that was filed in Crl.OP No.11408 of 2022 was dismissed by this Court by considering the seriousness of the allegations made against the petitioner, on merits, by an order dated 18.05.2022.

Heard Mr.B.Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent.

This Court does not find any change in circumstances in this case. Just because, the case is now at the stage of evidence of the defence, that does not give any new right to the petitioner to be enlarged on bail. The case is now posted for hearing on 08.03.2023. The Trial Court is directed to complete the proceedings and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
