PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry.

ORDER

The petition is filed tto direct the respondent police not to harass, however, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that three complaints been received against the petitioner for cheating. The petitioner been summoned to appear before the Investigation Officer on 06.10.2023, instead of appearing before him for enquiry, the present petition is filed.

2. Considering the facts, it is suffice to direct the petitioner herein to appear on summons before the Investigation Officer and co-operate for the enquiry. On such appearance of the petitioner, the respondent police shall enquire the matter in accordance with law.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
