ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has passed an award dated 14.10.2025 and the same has been disbursed.

2. In reply to the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the award amount which was passed by the respondent is not correct and requested this Court to issue direction to the respondent to comply the order of this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. It is made clear that this Court has passed an order dated 04.09.2025 by directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation and accordingly, the said representation was disposed. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved over the award amount, she has to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Therefore, no further order is required in this writ petition.
