This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.20199 of 2025 dated 17.07.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m.,until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.20199 of 2025 dated 17.07.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m.,until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
