..Respondent PRAYER - This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw the G.W.O.P.No. 52 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Court, Namakkal and transfer to the Family Court at Erode and try along with the H.M.O.P.No. 284 of 205 on the file of the Family Court at Erode. ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw G.W.O.P.No. 52 of 2025 from the file of the Principal District Court, Namakkal and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Erode to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.284 of 2025.

Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband submitted that he has no objection to allow this petition and prayed to fix the time limit to conclude the proceedings.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the consent given by the other side, there can be no impediment for allowing this petition as prayed for. 5.

Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. The case in G.W.O.P.No. 52 of 2025 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Principal District Court, Namakkal and transferred to the file of the Family

Court at Erode to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.284 of 2025. The learned Judge shall expedite to dispose of the petitions as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
