This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking suspension of sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned XXI Additional Sessions Judge, XXI Additional City Civil Court at Allikulam, Chennai, in S.C.No.390 of 2019 dated 12.02.2024 and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending appeal. This Criminal Appeal is pending from the year 2024.
