PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to call for the records pertaining to impugned order dated 29.08.2017, passed by the Judicial Magistrate at Tambaram in Crl.M.P.No.4724 of 2017 in C.C.No.303 of 2014 and set aside the same and direct the trial Court to defer the cross-examination of P.W.1 till the chief examination of LW2 to LW4 are completed and also direct the prosecution to produce the witnesses LW1 to LW4 for cross examination on the same day. This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to impugned order dated 29.08.2017, passed by the Judicial Magistrate at Tambaram in Crl.M.P.No.4724 of 2017 in C.C.No.303 of 2014 and set aside the same and direct the trial Court to defer the cross-examination of P.W.1 till the chief examination of LW2 to LW4 are completed and also direct the prosecution to produce the witnesses LW1 to LW4 for cross examination on the same day.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that C.C.No.303 of 2014 itself has been disposed of by settlement before the mediation.
3. Recording the submission, the prayer sought for in this petition is having become infructuous.
