This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties as per the order of this Court in Crl.MP.No.13542 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.25343 of 2024 dated 22.07.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has reported that the petitioner is presently not in the country.

3.Consequently, it is opined that no useful purpose would be served by extending the time as prayed for in the petition. 4.In view of the aforesaid circumstances, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
