ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation and thus render justice.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that based on the false complaint given by one Valarmathi, Kalavanan and Vijayalakshmi, alleging that the petitioner borrowed amounts from them and later failed to repay the same along with interest, the 3rd respondent is acting hand in glove with them and has been harassing the petitioner under the guise of investigation.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in fact, the petitioner has paid the entire money due to the aforesaid persons and the above said persons are demanding exorbitant interest.

4. The learned Govt. Advocate (crlside) submitted that the enquiry has been conducted and closed on 15.08.2025.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the final report, it is open for her to file a private complaint before the appropriate forum.
