O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue Look Out Circular notice in connection with FIR in Cr.No.290 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the case which relates to money transaction is of the year 2024. It is stated that the first accused went abroad and hence, the petitioner seeks a direction of this Court to issue a direction to the respondents to issue Look Out Circular as against the first accused. In regard to the same, he made a representation dated 15.05.2025 to the respondents but however, no action has been taken so far and hence, the present petition came to be filed before this Court.

4. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that, they have already requested the Deputy Commissioner, Coimbatore (North) to forward the request to the authorities concerned and the same will be processed in due

course of time.
