PRAYER This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in REF. ECGC/ ECIB- KVB/ PCPS/ Gopi Leather and Co/ 2022- 23 dated 26.09.2022 and quash the same as illegal, irregular and without jurisdiction and further direct the 1st respondent to delete the name of the petitioner from the Specific Approval List For Petitioner(s):

ORDER

This Writ Petitioner has been filed by the petitioner to quash the impugned order dated 26.09.2022 passed by the first respondent and subsequently, to delete the name of the petitioner from the Specific Approval List.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name has since been removed from the Special Approval List (SAL) and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

3.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructous. No costs.
