[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The grounds raised in the present petition seeking suspension of sentence are neither candid nor convincing.

2. Though the petitioner claims that it is a case of circumstantial evidence as the written statement of the deceased before the Doctor, who gave treatment soon after the occurrence and as well as the evidence of Investigating Officer, would be sufficient to reject the present petition.

3. We have gone through the evidences available on record and convinced. Thus, the petitioner has not established any prima facie case for granting suspension of sentence. Therefore, we are not inclined to grant suspension of sentence.
