This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in an order passed by this Court, dated 08.09.2023 passed in Crl.O.P.No.20301 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on weekly once i.e., on Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for the interrogation.
