This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 07.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19925 of 2023 that the petitioners shall stay at Nagercoil and report before the Inspector of Police, Nagercoil Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court/Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and evidence of P.W.1 and P.W.2 are recorded and thereafter, on every hearing date without fail, except for unforeseen circumstances and thereafter, as directed by the Trial Court.
