This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 03.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15011 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Trial Court everyday at 10.30am., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, on every Monday till the completion of the trial.
