This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.26177 of 2022, dated 01.11.2022 in Crime No.499 of 2022 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m.

for a period of one week and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
