The Principal Accountant General (A&E) Tamilnadu, Teynampet, Chennai - 18 ..Respondents Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in R.O.C.No.CN/2017 dated 28.04.2017 passed by the 2nd Respondent, as communicated through a notice dated 29.04.2017 from the office of the 2nd Respondent and quash the same; consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to restore the Petitioners scale of pay at Rs.3050-75-3950-80-4590 with effect from 01.04.2003 and direct the 3rd Respondent to fix authorise the petitioners pension based on the same with a further direction to the 2nd Respondent to settle the entire dues payable to them with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from the date of my retirement till the date of its payment within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.
