This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12801 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12622 of 2022 dated 23.08.2022 to report before the respondent police twice in a week ie., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned I Additional Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of 10 days and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge.
